About me
Rene Amador is Co-Founder and CEO of ARwall and Executive Producer at ARwall Productions. Among the top XR tech and Virtual Production (VP) evangelists in Hollywood, he and the company have received numerous awards, including recognition from CES, the Emmy’s and SXSW. Amador designed the first ARwall lab in Los Angeles, where he continues to provide development, production and creative direction. He has directed/produced 350+ commercials, shorts and pilots, and served as VP lead on 100+ deployments for TV and soundstages. A wide range of media and brands have employed his expertise, including Disney, Sony, Lionsgate, Universal Pictures, NBC, Fox, Paramount, AT&T, LEGO, A+E Networks, PBS Digital Studios, Playboy, MoMA, AOL, Barnes & Noble, Doubleday, M&Ms (Mars Inc.) and many more. Amador began his career quite early, working with his parents on multiple startups. He holds a B.A. in Film & Digital Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he honed complementary skills in VFX, graphics, color and games design.
